Ministry Bio

Pastor Kevin has been married to Michelle for 30 years and they have three grown sons, Daniel, Luke, and Nathan. He has been serving at FBC Dover for over 13 years and in ministry for more than 28 years at churches in Florida and North Carolina. Even though Kevin is a native of Miami, FL, Plant City and Dover have truly become home.

Pastor Kevin received his B.A. in Religion from the University of the Cumberlands, Williamsburg, KY and his M.Div. with Languages from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, NC. His service over the years has focused on pastoral & educational ministries including Sunday School, discipleship, marriage, young adults, and outreach. He is a life-long Miami Dolphins fan who loves all things football, and he has recently picked up the hobby of golf.

Pastor Kevin’s life verse is Proverbs 3:5-6. If we trust in the Lord with all our heart, and do not lean on our own understanding and plans, then He will direct our paths. God’s way is always best! The safest place to be is in His will.
